  • Depends on the choice of service as we do not want to rush any piece of work, and guarantee absolute quality. For photography, it typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days for clients. Videography edits can be anywhere from 7 to 14 business days, unless the film request is more extensive. Wedding Videos can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.

  • If you are unable to make or attend your desired session, all deposits will serve as a cancellation fee. If wanting to reschedule, the date and time can not overlap another session or customer's booked service to approve.

  • To ensure the best quality, we will send a link to a drive shared for you to view and download. We advise and strongly recommend that you do not screenshot any image or design, as that can also negatively affect the quality of the image.

  • Yes you can! Upon request, we will send you a release agreement to approve and for any edited images we send to you digitally.

  • No, we do not share any form of service on social media until it is approved by the client. As respect from the company, we will normally post after we notice the individual or group has posted their requested service first.

  • Yes, that is correct. We will occasionally share monthly or seasonal deals for clients to take advantage of until the end date. However, all prices for any service are firm, as there will be no exceptions made for particular groups or individuals unless a deal is offered. On the contrary, you can sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive deals and bundles!
